The most important benefit in any membership organization is the ability to run for office and/or participate in the annual election of an organization's leadership. The American Counseling Association, its divisions, and affected regions will be conducting its annual election process December 2008 through January 2009.

The most important benefit in any membership organization is the ability to run for office and/or participate in the annual election of an organization's leadership. The American Counseling Association, its divisions, and affected regions will be conducting its annual election process December 2008 through January 2009. Each member is strongly encouraged to participate in this annual election process. Ballots were mailed the last week of November 2008. To be eligible to participate in this election you must be a member in good standing of ACA or the division for which you are voting as of Oct. 31, 2008. To be valid, your ballot must be returned and postmarked by midnight, January 31, 2009 and received by midnight (EST), February 6, 2009 to be counted. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
