ACA Media Spotlight: Bouncing Back from 2016

2016 was a difficult year for many. In fact, studies show that 55 percent of Americans labeled it as one of the worst or below average.
David Kaplan, ACA chief professional officer, spoke to The Wall Street Journal about the variety of factors that contributed to our collective disdain for 2016.

"There were a couple of things going on in this particular year that made it different than some other years...When you experience a number of negative things in a row, it becomes more difficult to bounce back. The second thing is as we get older, we all have to face our mortality. I think 2016 just wore people down."
