ACA Wins Prestigious Summit Award for Boys & Girls Clubs of America Toolkit

Jun 28, 2016
The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) will honor six associations with the 2016 Summit Award, which is the highest recognition under The Power of A Awards. The six organizations will accept their awards on October 5 during the 17th Annual Power of A Summit Awards Dinner at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.
The winners were selected from among 147 entries by the Power of A Awards Judging Committee. The awards are part of The Power of A campaign, which ASAE launched in 2009 to increase awareness about issues that impact associations and to spotlight the expertise and resources available in the association community for policymakers and other key audiences.

“This year’s Summit Award winners exemplify the tremendously powerful impact associations have on the world in which we live. Associations have the unique resources and expertise to effect real, measurable progress — not just for the professions and industries they represent, but for society at large. We look forward to celebrating these exceptional winners in October,” said the chair of the Power of A Awards Judging Committee, Sharon J. Swan, FASAE, CAE, CEO, of the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

Graham, IV, FASAE, CAE. “ASAE looks forward to honoring your achievements at the Summit Awards Dinner and celebrating the unique role of associations.”
