Breaking News: Lynn E. Linde Elected 58th ACA President

Lynn E. Linde, EdD, a former professional school counselor, and currently professor at Loyola College in Maryland, has been elected president-elect of ACA. Her term of office as 58th president of ACA will be July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.

Dr. Linde is Director of Clinical Programs and Assistant Professor, The School Counseling Program, Loyola College; formerly, she served as the Chief, Student Services and Alternative Programs Branch for the Maryland State Department of Education. She has served in various state, regional and national leadership positions within ACA, including president of the Maryland Association for Counseling and Development, chair of the Southern Region, member of the ACA Governing Council, chair of the Public Policy and Legislation Committee, and chair of the Ethics Committee.
