Important items for Conference Registrants!

We hope that you are getting as excited as we are about the upcoming conference in Honolulu! Here is some important information that may be useful as you plan your trip.

Airline travel

A Travel desk will be available at the conference where you can get your return flight boarding pass and other assistance if needed during your stay. Call ACA Travel Services if you have any questions or still need to reserve your flight at 866-825-4797 (7:00 am - 6:00 pm, CT M-F)

Taxi and Airport Shuttle -- Vehicle Rentals

Honolulu offers taxi and discount airport shuttle busses to all hotels. The average taxi, limo, or shuttle ride between the airport and Honolulu/Waikiki is between $15-$30. The fare cost depends on distance, number of people and how much luggage.

Discounted rental car rates are available through ACA Travel Services. You can make arrangements prior to arrival or at the onsite ACA Travel Services Desk, located in the Hawaii Convention Center near ACA Registration. Call 866-825-4797.

ACA Shuttle Bus Transportation

ACA will provide free shuttle bus service between ACA designated hotels and the Hawaii Convention Center on the following days/times:

  • Wednesday, March 26, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Thursday, March 27, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Friday, March 28, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, and again for the opening party from 8:30 pm - 12:00 am
  • Saturday, March 29, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Sunday, March 30, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

Persons with Disabilities

All hotels are ADA compliant. ACA will provide free shuttle bus transportation for persons with disabilities between ACA designated hotels and the Hawaii Convention Center. Please see the above schedule. Should you have any special needs, such as: sign language interpreter or visual guides, please stop by the ACA registration desk in the Hawaii Convention Center.

Wheelchair/Mobility Scooter Rentals - The first aid service at the Hawaii Convention Center will provide up to (5) complimentary wheelchairs. They are located on the 3rd level; the First Aid Room is clearly marked. The wheelchairs are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like to rent a wheelchair or motorized scooter, you may contactScootaround Disability services at 888-441-1515.

Tours and Things to do in Hawaii

Tours have been arranged specifically for ACA Conference attendees, and will be offered before, during, and after the conference.
